Apartment Rental Application Steps

Application Qualification Criteria
- Gross income must be at least three times the monthly rent.
- Minimum 650 credit score.
- Guarantors/co-signers may be required for certain situations.
- No accounts in collections, no previous evictions or money owed to apartments, no criminal history
